Welcome to Lazer X Arena LLP. By registering, booking, or participating in any activity at our arena, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Entry

• Booking is confirmed only after full payment is completed.
• Amount is non-refundable after a slot is booked.
• Every participant must complete the registration process before entering the arena.
• Valid contact details must be provided at the time of booking/registration.
• Participants visiting to play offline must carry and present one valid identification document at the time of entry.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of rules.

2. Age & Safety

• Participants must be 9 years of age or above to participate in laser tag gaming activities.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the staff.
• Children may require adult supervision depending on age and activity type.
• Any participant found engaging in unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the premises without refund.

3. Health Responsibility

• Participants should ensure they are physically fit for laser tag and related activities.
• Individuals with serious medical conditions, heart problems, epilepsy, injuries, or any condition affected by physical activity or flashing lights should participate at their own risk.
• Lazer X Arena LLP shall not be held responsible for any health-related issues arising during participation.

4. Personal Belongings

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Lazer X Arena LLP is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items within the premises.

5. Equipment Usage

• All gaming and safety equipment must be used responsibly.
• Intentional damage to equipment or property may result in penalties or recovery charges.

6. Photography & Media

• Photos/videos may be captured during activities for promotional and social media purposes.
• By participating, customers consent to the use of such media unless specifically informed otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Pricing may vary from time to time and day to day based on availability, offers, or operational requirements. However, once a booking slot has been confirmed and paid for in advance, the agreed price for that booking will not be changed.
• All registrations/bookings made with Lazer X Arena LLP are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling requests will be accepted until 1:00 PM on the same day of the booked slot, subject to availability of later slots on that day.
• Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
• Requests received after the permitted time window will not be entertained.

8. Liability

• Participation in activities is entirely at the participant's own risk.
• Lazer X Arena LLP, its staff, and management shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during participation.
• Photography is strictly prohibited inside the arena room.
• All personal belongings must be kept in the lockers provided by Lazer X Arena LLP before entering the arena.

9. Equipment Damage Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for handling all laser tag equipment and any other arena equipment with care.
• Any damage caused to laser tag guns, vests, gaming accessories, arena property, or other equipment due to negligence, misuse, intentional actions, or reckless behavior shall be the sole responsibility of the participant involved.
• Lazer X Arena LLP reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs for any damaged equipment or property from the responsible individual.

10. Code of Conduct

• Abusive language, violence, intoxication, or misconduct towards staff or other participants will not be tolerated.
• Management reserves the right to remove any participant violating the code of conduct without refund.

11. Amendments

• Lazer X Arena LLP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By registering or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
